Mount Teide has become an iconic climb in Tenerife the last few years and the climb from Los Cristianos is the most popular one. Start on TF-51 at 102 metres above sea level and follow the signs to El Teide all the way up to the top, at 2209 metres above sea level. You will enjoy spectacular views on your way up, of the Teno mountain range and as far as the islands of La Gomera and even La Palma... many cyclists have described the climb from Los Cristianos as the prettiest one.
